- Clean and dry the affected area.
- Remove the patch from the backing.
- Place the patch on the painful area, with the magnetic side facing down.
- Gently press the patch onto the skin to secure it.
- Leave patch in place for a minimum of three days for full effect.
- Apply several patches for large area muscular pain.
- Avoid using on open wounds, cuts, or irritated skin.
- To remove, gently peel the patch off the skin.
