How it Works
Acupressure Ear Seeds work by creating a mild ongoing stimulation at the points where they are placed, throughout your day.
Follow the illustrated chart in the Kit to apply the ear seeds to the recommended points on your ear. Applying the seeds to the general vicinity will be sufficient for targeted healing.
Once in place keep the ear seeds on for 3 to 5 days and re-apply if needed after giving your ears a two day break.
Enhance the stimulation by giving your Ear Seeds a gentle rub now and then.

How To apply Ear Seeds
Peel
Clean you ears thorougly and peel the ear seed from the backing tape using a tweezer.
Position
Locate the position to place the ear seed by referring to the picture in the treatment chart
Place
Stick the ear seed into place on or as close to the recommended treatment point.
Press
Press down with your finger for a few seconds to ensure they stick firmly in place.
